Fluid customer guides

I designed a web-based guides hub for the Fluid credit card with the aim of improving customer trust and confidence during the application process. The hub provided clear, accessible content on key topics such as responsible credit card use, repayments, avoiding late fees, card security, eligibility checks, and how to manage accounts online. By combining thoughtful UX design with SEO optimisation, the guides helped customers better understand Fluid’s products while reducing reliance on customer support.
