When we launched Monitor, an app-only feature that uses open banking to help people track their spending, it was important to let both our current customers and new ones know about it. To introduce it, we created a focused digital launch across CRM and a dedicated landing page as well as some social posts later on.

When we launched Monitor, an app-only feature that uses open banking to help people track their spending, it was important to let both our current customers and new ones know about it. To introduce it, we created a focused digital launch across CRM and a dedicated landing page as well as some social posts later on.

I managed the campaign end to end, from shaping the initial idea through to the actual launch. I set the creative direction, explored different ways to tell the story, and worked closely with marketing, product and developers to align on goals and impact. The work moved quickly, with the full campaign designed, built and launched within a month.

The launch delivered a responsive landing page and a suite of seven tailored email variants, using animated GIFs to clearly communicate the value of the feature. Clear messaging and a focused visual style helped create a consistent, trustworthy experience that encouraged app downloads and built confidence around open banking consent.
